Tiffany Farmer, Marriage and Family Therapy-Associate is a therapist that owns a group practice, Best Life Mental Health Services, LLC. which specializes is providing quality services for all, with a focus on people who occupy marginalized identities. She was born and raised in South Central Los Angeles, California and became a therapist out of a deep commitment and belief in the spiritual and healing power of the bonds that we develop in our lives, the journeys that we embark on together and their ability to help us transcend the oppression in our communities.  Tiffany currently works with adult individuals and couples who experience patterns of relationship difficulties to break the cycles of dysfunction and begin developing and healing relationships from a space of health. This involves facing trauma, depression, anxiety, and strongholds in our lives to overcome them and move forward.  Tiffany previously worked with foster children and foster families while working through trauma, attachment, grief and behavioral problems at Home of the Innocents.
