My specialty is treating worry and behavior problems in children. I am educated and experienced in helping the whole family. I can focus on the secondary symptoms of anxiety such as bedwetting, sleepwalking, night terrors, chronic constipation, refusal to sleep alone, and fear of being alone or in the dark. My approaches work to restore parents' sanity ASAP.
I am unique in that I prioritize working with the parents, especially for younger children. I believe that parents should be the head of the family, and that kids are the happiest and healthiest when they are in a good routine, with clear rules and consequences.
