DDM is a newly licensed behavioral health service organization, located at 2210 Meadow Drive in Louisville, KY.
DDM was established with non-English speaking, international communities in mind, in order to provide them with case management services, peer and community support services, as well as help them locate resources for mental health needs. We recognize that often, language barrier is a hindrance to accessibility and availability so our goal is to remove that hindrance in order to assist. That being said, we have not limited ourselves to helping only international communities, we also welcome all other individuals or families that may be in need of available services. We are also aware that with the rise of issues surrounding addiction and the increased necessity for mental health care, agencies and organizations are being overwhelmed with assisting and providing needed services.
