I serve clients by providing the following services:

Psychiatric assessment and consultation,

Psychotherapy and psychoanalysis (with and without medication management), and

Professional supervision and consultation for individuals and leadership teams.

As you explore treatment options, you may be seeking further understanding and treatment for depression, intense mood changes, or anxiety. You may be struggling with painful or frustrating challenges with the huge personal and professional challenges amidst the pandemic. You may be confronting intense emotions during early or extended substance use recovery or may have come to realize a pattern of distressing conflicts at school or in your work. Like many beginning treatment, you may simply know that you long for more peace of mind and are ready to make meaningful improvements. This is the work of a consultation and intensive psychotherapy.
